Village Audiology, is owned and operated by James R. Harter, MA, CCC-A and Georgia N. Harter, MA, CCC-A, licensed certified audiologists.

We have two convenient locations, our Batavia office and Lancaster office.

James R. Harter,  MA, CCC-A, Licensed Audiologist
Jim has been in the audiology field since 1989. He received his Master's degree in Audiology from the University of Buffalo. He worked for three years at Chedoke Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario before returning to Western New York to establish Village Audiology. He has worked with Dr. E. John Boulos, Ear Nose and Throat Specialist in Batavia since 1994. Prior to audiology he worked in industry.
Georgia N. Harter,  MA, CCC-A, Licensed Audiologist
Georgia has been an audiologist since 1990. She received her undergraduate degree in Deaf Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her Master's degree in Audiology from the University of Buffalo. She began her career in audiology at McMaster Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario and has done school-based audiology work at St. Mary's School for the Deaf, Erie 1 BOCES, and Rochester City School District. She also provides real time captioning for deaf or hearing impaired individuals, and has done this for students at Community College and at UB. She spent 9 years working in Batavia with Dr. William B. Pierce, Ear Nose and Throat Specialist.
Jim and Georgia are both members of

The education and experience that Jim and Georgia have, combined with their patience, professionalism and concern make them the best choice to provide hearing care for you or your loved one.
